Who Can Participate:
- Must be a Canadian Resident
- For Alberta Clients Only (criteria does not apply to BC Clients)
- Individual Must Be "Eligible Investors" and meet one of the three criteria.
- Net Assets alone or with spouse of $400,000 or above
OR
- Net Income before taxes exceed $75K in each of the last two most recent years and who expects to exceed that level in the current year.
OR
- Net Income before taxes alone or with spouse that exceed $125K in each of the two most recent years and who reasonably expects to exceed that level in the current year.
